8800gtx Confirming Good or Bad Resistor

I have a eVGA GTX with a 18c resistor, am I ok? Reason I ask is because I'm getting odd performance with the card. I'm hoping it's just a driver issue and a dirty xp install. edit: nevermine I looked at the wrong resistor I have a 40c so I'm in the clear I suppose. :) My problem is...

    What company logo is this?

Just saw this thread and thought I help out, a little late I know. The reason the Dell Dimension L933r isn't booting with the 512mb stick is because it doesn't support 512mb sticks only 256mb ones. http://www.dane-memory.com/configurator3/SystemDetail.asp?SysID=18198...

    Monarch Computers (Never again)

Zipzoomfly is great! I've ordered a few motherboards from them in the past and they were easy to deal with. There shipping was also nice since it was Free 2day shipping, I think they do that on almost all there items now. I had to pay tax though because there based in California like me...

    OCZ Platinum Edition PC-3200 2-3-2-5 (OCZ4001024ELPE)

So what does it mean? Matched pair but different brands? The ram I have is double sided so 512mb on each side. My guess is on the Aeneon site there talking about a one sided GB stick? Anyhoo I'm glad I know what type of ram I have now. Hopefully no one comes in and says I...

    OCZ Platinum Edition PC-3200 2-3-2-5 (OCZ4001024ELPE)

Just came back from the freezer and they poped out without any problems. :D Seeing how I'm typing this it seems the ram survived. ;) You were right about one of them but not the other. Take a look at the pictures. I'm glad I don't have any problems because there not matched pair...

    OCZ Platinum Edition PC-3200 2-3-2-5 (OCZ4001024ELPE)

What type of ram chips does this ram use? I have two of these sticks. OCZ4001024ELPE Revision 1.0 OCZ4001024ELPE Revision 1.1 I'm at 260 HTT with this ram which is pretty good I guess for 2x1gb sticks. I've tried really hard to take off the heatspeaders to find out what type of...

    LCD Picture Lag?

I'm hoping Nvidia next offering is better at 2D because it really blows having such a great card be so weak at 2D. I thought something like this was fixed years ago but I guess thats not the case with Nvidia.

    LCD Picture Lag?

You have a point there, I didn't really think about it much until now but when I had my 9800 pro I didn't have any problems with picture lag or animated gifs. It's really pissing me off, I might have to sell my 6800 GT and get a X800XTPE. At the moment I'm holding out hope that it might be...
