Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I've been casually following the published JCT docs on the development of full-color/high-bitdepth extensions to HEVC. Assuming the results there are somewhat representative of a future VESA compression standard, 2:1 low-delay lossless compression should be doable for the vast majority of...
I wish you guys would simultaneously condense and expand the low/high data tables into something significantly more versatile. Currently, I have to scroll up/down to compare temperatures and noise levels, which is kinda silly.
Take this for example:
The graph presents numerous data points...
Based on the potential specs, I'm guessing we're looking at roughly 550-600W of number-crunching goodness in a 5.5 liter tube. Everything will be cooled by one massive fan, so even if it's not quiet, the noise profile would be quite pleasing.
If only there were a version of this with desktop...
Right now, the built-in PSU for that Antec is probably the least well-built part in your case. Do you have a spare PSU to plug in and see if that stops the freezes?
A lot of these cases have so much empty space for the potential of water cooling and full-size ODDs (wtf?). I'd rather just get the same thing, but in micro-ATX form because the potential of those extra slots is infinitely more useful...
However, I think the M500 does extremely well at long-term versatility. The most representative graph for this is probably the mixed-used, "aged" drive chart: http://hardocp.com/images/articles/1366605548laQBGvOClD_8_6.png where the M500 absolutely excels with any multitasking (QD 2+).

I'm planning on getting a new TV by the end of the year, but it's really frustrating that there's no such thing as a no-compromise TV. The top-end LCDs won't even touch high-end plasmas's black-levels and light uniformity, while the top-end plasmas don't do very well in bright environments and...
