    I would say you could expect ~3ghz, maybe more. All you have to do is watch your temps; as long as they are in check there is nothing to worry about.

    Are you running at stock voltage? I say reseat it, and while you are at it, change the thermal paste (all you need is a small dab the size of a grain of rice). Also, you may want to try the washer mod for this cooler which mounts it tighter to the motherboard. Make sure you have good case...
