Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Good advice but I was hoping to share a Steam installation so I need Windows 10 to see that drive (have all the games (Steam , GOG etc) on a separate drive. Is this doomed to failure?
Using the motherboard option is a pain. I have an ASUS Maximus Hero VII. It lets me select only 1 hard drive at a time.
Also, when I boot into Windows 10 it is the C drive and Windows 7 another letter. Is Windows 10 writing something to my Windows 7 drive and maybe that is what is calling up...
Hi all,
So I am still running and like Windows 7. I finally decided to give Windows 10 a shot as I want to play some DX12 games that take advantage of my video card. I did something wrong as now I can't seem to get a dual boot setup going.
What I want:
Windows 7 system as default. Windows 10...
I am now waiting on the release of the Samsung CH711. I am leaning strongly to the 32" as the 1440p resolution should offer a similar text size as my 24" 1080P current model.
24" 1080p = 91.79 PPI
32" 1440p = 91.79 PPI

This looks like a strong candidate provided...
CrazyRob, thanks. The specs I was shooting for were 'preferred ' or best case scenario. I would probably list IPS over TN so I guess I would have to accept a 4-5ms respose. Am I correct?
My head is exploding...from doing research on getting a new monitor.
Now I am asking for suggestions.
I am looking for:
Either 27' 1440p or a 21:9 (29/32?)
I want :
FreeSync with a very high refresh, preferably 144MHz
Fast response time , preferably 1ms
IPS
What out there suits me perfectly...
