image quality with this new 7.5 driver is realy realy realy good few more shots by a friend , now of HL2 and GRAW GRAW Day of Defeate and Counter strike Source (print screen @ paint)

yep that was the first thing i also noticed , desktop its much better than with previus driver , its really perfect (colors, contrast, icons , text ) like in "old"1950 series or even better :D BTW FREE GAMES with this driver for EVERYONE WHO HAVE A ATI CARD (NOT ONLY HD2900) :D...

i prefer spend 375€ now (HD2900 ) on card that its great now for the price and POSSIBLY be even greater later on than spend 340€ on a BFG 8800GTS 320MB like i paid for mine only 2 months ago :) (25€ diference and worse performence) not to talk about 8800GTS 320mb...

i also got TWO (2) cards = the one in your sig and i also have HD2900 , im talking by EXPERIENCE (not because i read somewhere or because someone said .... like 99,99% of the users of this forum do) and i say that the 8800GTS its worse than x2900 performence and also in Image...
