    Absolutely. I find Noctuas to produce a jet-like noise, while my Nexus (loons) produce a low-frequency noise, which is a lot more bearable.

    260 GTX vs 4890 - noise levels.

    I've owned both: the 4890 sounds like a jet taking off, while the GTX 260 is barely audible inside my P182. With that said, the 4890 I owned was an XFX and had an annoying squeal at all times, and the 260 is an eVGA.
