Well my recent experience with them was bad.
My 34um95 had BLB so I opted for RMA Replacement. And it was damaged intransit to them, and when I received it back, it looked as if someone attempted to kick through the screen.
Luckily I used usps insured so they're handling it now.

Anyone else have any other suggestions on who I can talk...
The box is slightly damaged with the inside Styrofoam broke as well.
I had it insured when I originally shipped it to Newegg, but I am unaware of Newegg insuring it.
So I hate to seem like I am bitchy, but I am completely appalled by both Newegg and USPS.
I received my monitor back from my RMA, and the screen is COMPLETELY damaged.

but it's just frustrating as hell to spend that kind of money, try to get a working monitor with manufacture defects(BLB), only to receive a broken one in return.
yeah, as soon as I physically get the monitor back, I am going immediately to my On-Base Post Office, and letting them know what happened.
Just sucks that Newegg would act like this, proven that the damage was not caused by me.
So Newegg has fucked me over.

I eventually got ahold of them via Live Chat after a 45 min wait, they are now looking further into the issue.
I really just hope things work out.
