    yes the cross-ship form (Excel sheet haha) that I got had the same text. They have shipped but not put a hold on my cc. =) Yeah I have no problem with the techs they are helpful, just buggy process and system edit: and buggy cards :P they do seem to be trying to improve their RMA system.
