    I made sure ULPS was disabled before running these benchmarks

    Did a fresh wipe with DDU and installed, setttings were on ultra and 16.3 beta ULPS is disabled with MSI Afterburner, I'll look into the parked cores and get those temps while running the benchmark. I won't be able to do any of this until I am home and I thank you for the advice.
