Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Ok, so I've got a BEAUTIFUL like-new, barely used GDM-FW900, which I even received in an anvil case that seals out moisutre :).
I want to store it in a non-climate-controlled room, which can be around 40C in summer and maybe around -10C in winter. But I can't find the non-operating temps that...
Yup, that about covers it. My current setup is triple monitors - a Dell 3008WFP and two GDM-FW900s. I still prefer the image of the CRTs (except the one on the right is way off on the convergence, and the Windas thing isn't working right for me).
All of the GDM-F[W] series have great picture...
Edit: Ok so I got SOME sort of connection by simply unplugging and replugging the connector, but now the errors are (in order that they pop up):
ECS syntax Error: NG! NG! NG!
ECS syntax Error
Then when going to dynamic convergence, hitting "OK" makes it freeze, and hitting "Bypass" gives the...
No no, I have a Thinkpad T410 myself, and I can tell you for a fact that it has a matte (anti-glare, not anti-reflective/glossy) screen. They have two resolution options for it - 1280x800 and 1440x900. I don't know what the 1280 one is like, but the 1440 is VERY comfortable on the eyes.
Like...
I don't know about regular desktop screens, but I can tell you that all classic-style Thinkpads (all of them besides the Edge and x100e) have matte screens.
IPS, definitely.
First of all, movies are encoded in YCbCr (or Y'UV), for the NTSC/PAL color spaces. Standard TN panels very rarely (if at all) do anything past sRGB, which doesn't encompass either one. So an IPS panel - more specifically, a wide gamut IPS panel - would give you the best image...
The whole idea of saying the Blues = typing, Blacks = gaming, and Browns = a compromise between both is just an easy (and relatively safe) way to direct people looking for their first mechanical keyboard, because a lot of the time the new guy doesn't feel like doing all the research and the...
Done.
They are E2009W's. They're pretty much just piles of junk, but that's all I needed for secondary screens. This setup is really only for my work, I've got FW900s for gaming :)
