I'm using four OCZ DDR2 PC2-8000 Titanium Alpha VX2.The are supposed to do 500 MHz at timings 4-4-4-15 and 2.35 vmem, so I suppose RAM is not the problem here.

Tried 0311, didn't make any difference. 450 MHz still makes it freeze at startup with the gpu fan going crazy. What other problems do you have in mind?
