    Hi all I have a Amd Athlon64 3000 Venice which wont go past 232mhz x 9, its close to 2.1ghz atm but wont go into windows if i add even 1 more mhz, im using OCZ Value Ram..and a Gigabyte K8nsc-939 Motherboard.. I havent uped the CPU Voltage or the Ram.. How come?
