My best so far is 94-11 on a TDM HC server.

Patch worked great for me, frames went up a little but the best thing is that they are stable as a rock now. Even enabled some of the DX10 settings. =)

Yes you will be. And yeah running 4x1GB will run a little warmer, but this should be okay if you're not OCing.
