Been trying to tweak for stability at lower vcore to reduce heat. Any suggestions?

Just tried again at 8x400. No boot. Dunno.

I was having issues at reduced multipliers, instability, failure to boot at the same scores that are stable at 9x. It's substantially cooler with 1.5 vcore but not stable after 2+ hours of orthos.

It's not at 1.2, cpu-z won't seem to report properly at higher than 1.45. It's actually at 1.55
