    Do you have another PSU you could try? when I had problems a lot like this it was the PSU to blame.

    Trying to stay wireless, I don't want to run cable from the room the modem/router is in to the room the computer is in, I try to keep the modem/router on the far side so that neighbors can share in my bandwidth. ^^ not really accurate since there's a few torrents and 3 xboxs on live right now.

    I had 5870's selected, and they were sold out between building my rig and ordering (like 4 minutes), and no, I didn't really have a budget, and these pieces were just ordered today.
