Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Alright, I guess I'll go ahead and purchase it. I'll give it a shot with the LED fans, and if it bugs me too much then like you said I'll simply cut the LED's off the fans. Sometimes the easiest idea is the best...
Thanks ya'll...
I agree with most that this case is curretnly the best choice, but like I said I prefer a LED-less case. I like the ability to adjust the speed of the fans without opening the case or adding any addition fans controller. So before I buy, I just wanted to know if replacing the fans and still...
Gothca, well I do work daily with electronics/wiring/soldering. by "transplanting" do you mean splicing the wires from the fan controllers and solerding them to the wires on the new fans? If so, do the fan controllers have two or three wires?
I'm about ready to purchase a Antec 902 to replace my older case, and before I do I was wondering about the fans... I prefer a case that doesn't glow, and I've read about a couple people replacing the front and rear fans. Has anyone here done this on the 902? If so, once you replace the fans...
The Newegg link is the right PS, I agree that it should be able to handle SLI because up until running AOC I have been using it in SLI mode for every other game (EQ2, LOTRO, COH, Crysis, COD4, etc.).
I'm not sure how to go about this??
Not directly, but I did find the PS on their website...
I decided before to drop cash on a new PS I'd try running AOC on XP. I formatted and installed XP on one of my raptors, got it updated, and installed my drivers & AOC. I played AOC for two hours straight without a single hitch. Ran great with SLI enabled and on high settings. Tomorrow I'll...
In preparation for Age of Conan I gave my PC a fresh format & install of Vista Ultimate 64bit, got all my devices working with the latest drivers, and thus far have only installed, Age of Conan, Office 2007, Everest, & updated Vista with all the updates & SP1.
I'm running a SLI rig (see sig...
A final update incase anyone cares. I did try two ideas given here:
I tried to manually assign my IP, and my laptop connected, however I wasn't able to do anything on the internet.
Then I tried WPA encryption, and my laptop connected great, internet worked great, however for the life of...
The laptop is an Asus Eee PC 900, the wifi card is a Atheros AR5007EG, and it does not install any software to connect like the Intel cards do, seems the only chioce I have it the Windows connection utility.
This might work, and I will try it this after work, but wont this cause a problem...
BUT I did do what you suggested by disabling the WEP encryption, and the laptop connects fine. So why can it connect unsecured, but not secured??
Also why can is connect secured at work??
Actually I do have another WEP client. Currently in our office, and there are two PC's in here that are connected to a wireless bridge that is configured with the same WEP key to connect to my router. So if the wireless connection in the router was broke then our office connection wouldn't be...
