FYI, the blue screen in HDMI mode is caused by the HDCP handshaking that only happens with HDMI. its there on my other 22 inch monitor with HDMI too.
both of my screens flicker blue when the ps3 changes its HD resolution.
anyone figure out what the jumper is for? is it duo bios?
Also, since this is a 800GT but not reference design, you think we still can use the other bio's for this card?
well the galaxy card is stock at 600/1500/1800. but i'm sure it can OC to OC speeds since it has a huge cooler.
warranty is 1 year and i am not sure about offices in the US. they seem to have a stronger presence in Asia.

Hows the quality of the card and the fan noise?

LOL...the banding you are talking about is barely visible...i actually had to look at both pictures twice to notice it....sure its not perfect but for the price/value its awesome...
i second that...its so minimal that its barely noticeable at all...unless you are out looking for banding....hahah
banding??...i thought this monitor did a real good job with color banding: see my post on the banding topic:

thats a screen capture of one of the toughest banding screensavers. and the sceptre did a fine job IMO.
i believe all TV channels dont offer 1080P shows...only 720p or 1080i....other than that, your gonna have to get 1080p source from blu-ray or hd-dvd players
those blue flicker is when you dont get video signal...so i am guessing when your ps3 loads something 1080P, it has to switch its output....so your monitor will show blue....
that happens to me when i switch between xbox 360 and DVI or when i change certain settings for video output.
its...
