Apperently the 3 cables I bougt from a seller on ebay does not work. I have a couple of new ones now and they work.

I have tried with different backplanes and had it outside the case (like in the picture) and the tested drives spins up but nothing more.

Me and my friend recently bought two Xcase enclosures with hotswap bays.
We both have a couple of Ibm m1015 cards and using sff-8087 to sff-8087 cables to hook them up to the backplanes.
But we can't get i to work. No drives are found. m1015 do work if we use a breakout cable...
