    cod4 framerate questions

    I know in some games if you use VSync that it will cap your fps. Havn't tried it in COD 4, but i know it does the trick to uncap the fps in some games.

    That's what I use on my AT&T Tilt, it gives you a fairly exact of yourself, and you can search for anything/get directions to it. It won't give you the audio directions that a garmin/name brand gps would do, but it gets the job done.

    Try booting into Safe Mode, if you can get into that then it is likely an OS issue. If not (which is most likely) then you most likely have a bad hard drive.

    You guys might want to give this game a try: www.americasarmy.com I have been playing it for years competitively, playing in tournaments for money and such. It's a free game designed to be used as a recruitment tool for the army, but it's a great multiplayer fps.

    intel quad q6600 overheating issue

    i already have the artic paste, havn't used it yet. I ran PC Doctor on the hd and it turned up ok, but the hd tests on it aren't the greatest, as proven at my work.
