I've looked at these two displays and I can't find any noticeable difference except a slightly smaller bezel on the I2367FH and a grey vs. white bezel around the displays.

I'll probably go with the ASRock one, people have been successful when overclocking with it and that's what I'm planning on doing seeing as how I already have a 'Cooler Master 212 Hyper' CPU cooler that will make it easier for me.
Directly copying the C: drive from one HDD to another is never a good idea, the optimal thing would be to install a fresh copy of windows and just transfering your most important files with a flash drive or something of the sort
