Internet forums are like a Big, Fresh, Hot & Steaming turd. You will get plenty of Flies hanging around all trying to get and add their little Bits but you may find the a*s*hole who created it hanging around also otherwise they may have "Dumped-n-Run" after not liking the responses.
The only silly question is the one that is asked after it is too late. If you ask a question in a thread but fail to supply ALL relevant info and only supply peanuts, then all you will get is Monkey's. We (those who work in the industry) don't have crystal balls, making people Assume then results in Assumptions.
If you ask questions but don't like the responses, please go study bridge-building techniques in how to get over it.
