    radeon 8500, cat 5.1, win2k3, and dvd play uses 100% cpu?????

    Dx9 was installed all hardware accel was on except for the little tab in powerdvd thats said "hardware acceleration" I checked that its not choppy any more but it still uses 100% cpu where as ulead dvd player only uses like 50%. So i have narrowed it down to cyberlink power dvd.

    I am using a 128 mb radeon 8500 with win2k3 i have all the things that i think should be enabled enabled. But when i play a dvd with powerdvd6.0 It uses 100% cpu and is choppy and such any ideas, i know i am simpyl missing a setting. It worked before i reinstalled win2k3 and went to the 5.1...
