Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Just a note that any acoustic material that you have to stick to the panels is a real pain to remove. I bought my a05 with some of the stuff pre-installed and later on decided that i wanted to powder coat the internals. The residue left over is impossible to remove! Spent a good couple of days...
I've got an cooler master atc 111 case and its pretty narrow which rules out any of the bigger air coolers. I was thinking of water cooling the case, but really don't want to do any modding to the actual thing. Is it worth using a dual 80mm rad at the front and 2 separate 80mm rads at the top...
Okay so im trying to overclock for Phenom II 550 BE to 3.9 Ghz, but i've stumbled onto a bit of a problem with my voltage not being stable. I can get this cpu to 3.8 at 1.38v no problem. It's just that when i bump the volts up past 1.4 it seems to be unstable and drops down to as low as 1.18...
That sounds good too ^^ But if you can successfully mod 120mm fans in without compromising the aesthetics then im sure that your case value would shoot up aswell. The perfect looking case with upto date cooling would be
hmm i reckon you should mod 120mm fans for front and back and cut a window into that side panel! I'd do the fan thing on my case but i have no idea how to do it lol :p
oh and dust filter/grill for that top vent.
Hmm thats a pretty good idea. Will probably take it out and hope i dont get any errors! Thanks for the comments and tips :) and to cornelious, your crazy if you want me drill a hole in a 111 case!!
