Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Change the cpu / remove the DVD drive and if you "have" windows you can save more.
If you drop down to FX 6300 you probably would not notice any difference in gaming. I would take that extra money and probably grab 8gb of ram instead.
In these tight budgets I would probably take a look at some of the combos that newegg has.
I'm assuming they vary from store to store but in Canada and my specific store had pretty good cable management. I would rate it about 8 or 9/10 but honestly the bitfenix prodigy is huge so you shouldn't be worried about anything.
Digital Storm's Bolt II, imo the most perfect SFF case I have ever seen.
Maingear has some SFF cases which include one with FT03 mini.
Then there's the Alienware X51 from Dell although they use a custom psu.
There is also NCIX, they have some preselected systems and you can change whatever...
You could always drop to 550W and save yourself $20 as you will never need 650W
ASUS PB238Q is going for $240 after rebate, 23inch 1080p ips screen with pivot. This is the one I would probably get at this very moment. All depends on your budget of course.
