AMD is getting there, but they need to keep it the advancements up. I think they have a ways to go to catch Intels ipc, but who knows. I know they arent making any headway with the gpu side of things, which really sucks. Hopefully Intel will slow nVidia down.
Personally, I dont think Zen 2 will...
It is what it is. I dont blame nVidia for their tactics, AMD has done some as well, maybe not as much or as fierce, but business is business.
I myself dont buy nVidia products, but I am also not a hard core gamer and my RX480 at 1080p plays everything just fine.
As long as everyone keeps...
Gaskill was actually one of the worst in this.
He knew the cops were going to be going to that address and could have interrupted it, or at least made the police aware its a possible prank. He chose to do nothing. He is just as guilty.
One LED strip in my case is all the lighting I need. RGB is getting out of hand in the PC market. All it is is added cost to products that are already starting to get outrageous and costing us more to build.
I have a Noctua cooler, and the redux fans in my case, no RGB needed.
2700X>6700k for what you are doing. Intel has very little over Ryzen with single core performance now.
Besides, that 9700k is going to be well over $429
This coming from a user with a 8700k. I regret it now that the 2700X is out. Like you, I do more productivity than gaming.
I am going to...
Looks like everyone is doing the same.
DDR4 and VC priced so high I am not going to upgrade this year. 4690K, 16GB DDR3 GTX 970 are still playing games fine at 1080p.
Ill wait until next year, and thats if prices come down to normal. If not, my 2005 LX Sport could use some attention.
