    You'll be fine. FSP manufactures the power supplies in those cases. I've used that same model to power an overclocked i7-860 and an HD5770 without any problems.

    Be careful with anything that conducts electricity. I guess you could swap out the fan but I'm not sure it's worth the time and effort. Finding a proper replacement could bring more trouble than it saves.

    I dont think it should matter. as long as they can sell cpus affordably for the mainstream consumer, they have a plan that works for now.
