Play through the character in challenge mode, its definitely the best way in SFIV to learn character moves, but it can be frustrating was you get into the combos. It improved my playing about 1000% since i havent played SF in about 15 years.

Ok have some good news, i used a friends Core 2 Duo 1.86ghz cpu since his pc was here since it was broke and i was going to look at it. I was able to get it to boot up with it then i was able to load optimized settings and swap my Core 2 Quad back in and then successfully posted.
