Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Got mine today. Unfortunately the flicker discusses earlier in this thread affects me. I was sensitive to low refresh rates on CRTs so this doesn't surprise me.
Mine also has a possible tinting issue. On a white screen, the left side is more red and the right side is more green.
I intentionally did not contact them yesterday as I wanted them to cancel the order as required by the FTC per their email, yet today I get a shipment notification.
I'd really like to try it out. Does Dell charge a restocking fee on opened monitors?
On a more subjective note, has anyone who has played SC2 with 1080p settings on a 1200 monitor found it easy to use? Also any problems with the game not giving you the 1920x1080 option?
I'm using a Radeon HD 4850.
I posted this in the u2412 thread but wanted to get people's input on this.

This. It's a SC thing.
Sorry to get off topic. Will post this in the other thread instead. I did want to know if this particular monitor would handle the 1080p though, hence my post.

A couple questions about this monitor:
1) Does the LED backlighting give everything a cool/blue push? I experienced this with the LG IPS 231.
2) Has anyone noticed any flicker or eye strain? I saw this mentioned in the U2412 thread.
Thanks.
