Thanks for the replies guys. The getting sick thing sounds cool but in a strange way I guess. I have two 970GTX's that I barely used so I never bothered to hop on the upgrade wagon when the 10 series came around. Now if I can find out how well it works for those of us that are vision impaired...

I got a DFI Lanparty X38 and a Biostar TP45E XE. Still have both boxes and manuals and maybe some of the accessories (definitely have the backplates).
Both boards have E8400's on them. Have plenty of ram for them, too.

Is there a particular reason everyone seems to favor the Gigabyte boards? I want to go with the flow and pick the Asus but I just have a bad feeling about it.
