    DS3 problem.....and max safe temp for Core 2

    hmm my cpu goes up to 48 degrees at one hour cpuprime. I have the E6700 with a Zalman 9500. Shouldn't I be getting better results? I have done no overclocking so far.

    Conroe issues (temp)

    I put together my machine on friday. I have a E6700, Asus P5B Deluxe and the Zalman 9500 + Artic Silver 5 compound. I'm getting 35 degrees idle and 43 degrees load. My MB is always around 33 degrees. Overall the Zalman is pretty decent but I don't like it how it messes up the airflow in my case..

    Core 2 Duo Available & Win E6700 from ClubIT.com!

    I called in at 2 PM and asked if they would have the E6700 in stock and they said yes. Then I asked him if he could send it out and he had to check with his manager if he could. They shipped out my cpu and I already got my fedex 2nd day air tracking number.
