    You can work out what the beep codes are by looking at your manual, but it does sound like a vga problem. Clean the contacts on the card, and make sure it is seated properly. Also, try with an old card to see that it is not the card that is borked for one reason or another.

    I was to understand that dell made their own OEM motherboards, and you know how they let you pick your parts if you want, so I'm thinking they'd leave room for plenty of upgradability, so it might have a AGP slot. I don't know about the processor queston.
