Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I have an ASUS KFN5-Q/SAS Server board i would like to sell. It is new and unused, only connected once to check it's working and that's it, has since then rested in the original box.
It was originally meant to be a spare for our Virtualization server, however as the board is extremely tough...
I don't think the demo of Crysis 2 is good advertising for that game. At least i found it extremely disappointing. Get the beta if you don't mind stepping over to the dark side.
As George said, bad idea for a backup. RAID controllers do add fault tolerance but they can never be a serious replacement for backup. Raid does protect from disavilability due to hardware failure up to a certain degree, the keyword here is availability. But imho this ain't a professional...
The cheap ones aren't really very precise. For professional devices the sensor needs to be replaced frequently and it's being calibrated, i highly doubt the "novelty" price range products deliver values you could trust. Cool as a gadget but i won't rely on the reading.
There are absolutely no reasons for the "Press start to play" screen, it's really pure historical from consoles. The first of these were games that were direct arcade conversions, while the arcade version would say like "Insert coin to start" that sounded stupid on consoles and so it was renamed...
I really wonder why the wii was hyped so much. It must have been the nunchak controllers and the fun seeing buddies act like monkeys while using them. Boy does call of duty look bad on this.
Definitely looking great. Would have loved to play this at an arcade, but i guess the big arcade times are over anyways, eh? Brings up some good memories.
Wow talk about disappointment. The trailers for Crysis 2 looked so cool, you know this kinda uber-realistic looking post-apocalyptic touch and crap. However, playing the demo was really bad. Can't believe people here are bitching so much about Daikatana, this is WORSE.
I played much worse games. And while it had rather bad gfx thats not everything about a game. But yeah it's all about taste, so perfectly legit to hate it.
Ping is never related on the speed of the PC, it is an issue directly related to your network connection. You can have a superb ping and your game still lags like crap simply as you have your old department store computer from 2004 running a game it can't handle. Or vice versa having a superb...
