    For mine I found that I needed to download the test images and open them that way. It never worked right in the browser. Also I had to adjust the gamma through Nvidia control settings. For some reason adjusting the gamma through the monitors OSD made no visible difference.

    Used I would think doesn't come with a warranty, so you wouldn't be able to RMA through the manufacturer. Manufacturer refurbished would. But you could return or exchange through Amazon.

    There was a bad batch. I heard from BenQ and they're aware of a flashing problem effecting a very small percentage. They said its due to the back lighting and main board not syncing up. It's something they can replace with an RMA.

    Normally I would say no. If it was only something that happened on special tests I wouldn't mind. But the fact that it happens in my favorite game every time I go into third person ruins it for me, and I don't think I could live with that. Shame because it's a beautiful monitor otherwise.
