Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Also AIO means all-in-one which seems like what TS wants. I would pick alternative 1 i think for an AIO , that motherboard seems like very high value (as in functionality vs cost).
Will be a quick reply since it is in the middle of the night here and I can't sleep.
First off vmware have a database where you can search for 5.5 compatible hardware just Google it :)
Then for what kind of hardware I would recommend to go large just for the expandability (atx or larger)...
Really? I use a all-in-one with freenas and it works with iSCSI as far as i know. I did do some changes in ESXi causing it to drop conncetion while under heavy load, but that was for NFS not for iSCSI.
Yes i know the question is a bit vague, but i wanted it to be more general. What i really want to understand is how the VM and ESXi uses the cpu and the TCP segment offload and in that case where the PCI buss of 133MBps is starting to be a bottleneck. My specific system might be a longer and...
Hi guys
I have for some time now run a esxi home lab server with an intel PCI (not PCI-e) NIC. I am woundering if the PCI interface might be a bottleneck in my system.
When i type "ethtool -k vmnic0" i get
Offload parameters for vmnic0:
Cannot get device udp large send offload...
I have the same problem. My IHC10 is recognized as P5Q now after update (not working as passthrough anymore). i would love to install the 5.0 drivers and still have the advantage of more than 32gb ram.
