Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
This might be too little too late, as the PR damage has been done. Ubisoft basically gagged their "golden goose" of a game and tried to monetize it to its mortal end...
Doom (2016) is only a horror game when viewed from the perspective of the demons. I too would be horrified if a single space marine was eradicating my entire hellspawn of a family!
Hang on, why are you comparing this to God of War? One is a spectacle fighter (GOW), and the other is a multiplayer fighting game (For Honor).
For what For Honor is, it's pretty darn good.
Well, after participating in the beta, I am definitely going to be picking this game up.
Mechanically, the game is spot on near perfect. Combat is fluid, and it really rewards the smarter/more deceptive player. The combat offers a lot of depth, as not only do you need to understand what your...
Well, if all you care about is a good experience and single player game play, get Doom.
If you want longevity and multiplayer, get R6 Siege. It's the only online FPS right now that has truly deep game mechanics beyond just shooting things. It has a great player base, much less toxic commubity...
These are my thoughts exactly.
Can't beat Doom for single player.
R6 has the most depth of game play for multiplayer, and will scratch that counter-strike itch. It is a more methodical game.
Overwatch is a great faster paced multiplayer shooter, and you can spend a lot of time learning all...
You should be getting much faster matchmaking the more you play. When I started I was getting 1 minute to 2 minute wait times. Once I hit level 10, the matchmaking takes less than 15 seconds 90% of the time. It's so fast actually, I usually don't have enough time to open one loot box in between...
I don't want to downplay what these guys have done in any way, because it is a great thing to bring a piece of technology from concept to practice, but this exact thing is done very regularly as a senior design project at all engineering schools.
Still a great achievement!
I'll be honest, it can be hit or miss. In a game like Dark Souls where it is strictly camera and not so much aiming, I still prefer having an analog stick (which is why I use the DS4 for those games). This is mainly due to the fact that my thumb still gets lost on the TouchPad, so I will...
I own an Xbox 360 controller, DS4, and a Steam Controller.
Overall I like the Steam Controller the best. It had the best triggers, best analog stick, and once you get used to the track pads, you can really do some special things with all the customizable options. It does take some time to get...
Well to be fair, Bethesda did something no one else did for this Fallout title - - they showed a ton of game play at their E3 conference. They showed so much stuff on this game, that the hype train went full speed ahead.
It's timed exclusive. Just do what everyone under the sun is gonna do -- play the shit out of Fallout 4 starting 11/10/15. Forget about Tomb Raider releasing on Xbox One on 11/10/15. By the time you are tired of Fallout 4, Tomb Raider will be out on PC.
