It should. I have never run mine on anything other than the H100 so I am a little jaded on the subject!

Never broke 40 on the socket and core is always much less.

Mine passed an hour of IBT (4.4 @ 1.35v) last night only to fail 3min into prime... Wonder if I need a bump in NB volts?

So far I have seen a max of 47 c running IBT @ 4.4 1.35v. For me it's worth it.

I had to tinker with the LLC to keep the volts where I put them. Should be good to go now! Gonna shoot for 4.4@ 1.35 tonight.

I am having so much fun oc'ing my 8150 rig! Running 4.2 @ 1.35 passing an hour of IBT! I think there is more left @ these volts! Check that 1 hour IBT stable @ 4.3 @ same volts.

I wouldn't go with the X48/38 boards for a quad. I would go with a P45 board of your choice.
