    hmmm....well i'd say what you should do is maybe up it some more if the cpu will go higher, and lower the divider to 133, that should lower your speed to as it is, your ram is running at 223mhz (cpu speed*9 / 11 ) and therefore might be too high for the ram, and thus overclocking it to omuch...
