    if you tap the bezel and it goes away, I am pretty sure the strip on the side that connects X or Y lines is loose. that thing is connected then to on-panel chip - controller. Anyway impossible to fix.

    producers of monitors usually give brighter monitors than needed so you can make lcd brighter over time when the lamp wears out. normally new monitors are 100% brighter than needed. like 350 or 400cd/m^2 while you only need 160cd/m^2.

    Do 120Hz LCD monitors have less ghosting than normal LCDs? I've seen some ghosting test and 120hz lcd shows almost no ghosting compared to normal lcds.

    Hi. I use zr30w at work for CAD programs. Picture is superb. The only problem with this monitor is ghosting.
