I imagine the card will be an OEM version of the "X-Fi Xtreme Audio PCI Express"... which doesn't look like a very good card ( relative to other X-Fi cards ). A picture of the bundled card on the P7N Diamond...

Most people seem to use 3 lengths of Cat5 for a "normal" cable. I think the 6-strand "Triple T" cable might be considered overkill...
