My E6750 runs around 20 C idle (the cores themselfes about 17/18 C) and max. 38 C in Orthos. I'm very happy with these temps. I'm using a Artic Freezer 7 Pro and it isn't even running at full throttle(the cooling fan). I built this rig last week and it was my first one too, so it couldn't be...

I don't know where you can find the northbridge temperature either, but I do know that that AUX temperature is bogus. My AUX is showing up as 119 degrees Celcius. My CPU is about 20 degrees idle and my GPU around the mid 50's, so I don't know where it is getting this temp from.
