I want to use this monitor with a couple of vga cards: dell laptop 700m, Compaq Presario 6326se desktop. Both have intel 845/855 chipsets with integrated video. The vga input on this monitor displays white ghost with text. It is really hard to look at. I can display these devices on an old...
So far the text doesn't look too good in vga on my dell 700m laptop or older Compaq Presario.. There is some ghosting in text. Have tried new vga cable, but no luck. Disappointed in this because I have an old Samsung syncmaster that has better text in vga on these.
BTW...went through 2 of...

My video card only has dual dvi-d. The ML229H and ML239H only have hdmi and vga. I don't have any experience connecting through an adapter. It comes with an hdmi to dvi cable. Anyone know whether this is a good way to connect it to an evga 285 card?
I thought ML239H looks interesting for thin design, led, and ips. But when will we see this????? Not easily available yet. But because of it's appearance and price (saw it for $238-$252 at some lesser known internet sites), maybe we will see this in a regular store.
LOL, I am really having trouble making up my mind even after seeing 2 different models in person! I haven't gone to the dell Kiosk recently, but I think I will try that. Does anyone know where you can see HP ips monitors?
Have you seen this monitor in person????? It is NOT a U2410 despite appearance and the color is beautiful. I had a U2410 when it came out and it WAS terrible. The color was awful. But this one works right out of the box...only gripe I have is the red pixel in my face and the Asus return...
Too bad, Samsung SA850 PLS is 27". Getting way too big for my space. So it looks like I am stuck again looking. Think I will go to the dell kiosk and look at that Touch ST2220T. The price is down to $289.00. Can't hurt to look, though it didn't get great reviews...and I don't think it...

" I do not know that ASUS is directly responsible for the stuck dead pixels, that comes from the panel vendor. If that vendor is LG then it figures. Their QC is really bad, but ASUS should be checking what actually comes of the assembly line and they obviously aren't. I wonder if any...
Item Under Review

Looks to me like their QC is poor just like dell's was. It is downright painful to buy one of these monitors because most stores won't take the risk and you have to buy on the net. Even though I was within the 14 days return period and had a seriously defective U2410, Dell kept me on the phone...
Last year I watched this monitor.

I watched and watched and watched ....and nothing happened. Now they put this model out which does look like the dell U2410. Frankly I liked the design of the above monitor better. I got...
