No malware issues. It was working fine up untill 2 weeks ago and then the internet started acting up. I even restored windows and its still like this. Also "Never dial a connection was already selected.

Okay so on my laptop when I'm on any web browser (Chrome, IE, Firefox, etc.) it will say I'm not connected to the internet and stay that way for a minute. Any downloads and stuff I have going still download though and it shos that I am still connected to the internet with excellent strength...

Sorry I thought that was for parts are the most important ones I need. I need everything excluding the monitor for the $800. For graphics card I would probably want something like a Nividia geforce GTX 520 or better.
