this is why we need judges to specialize in specific areas of law. who ever presided over this case has either never even looked at a yelp page or is a techno illiterate. I stopped using yelp years ago due to the amount of reviews that get dismissed due to businesses paying to have them removed...

I didn't realize that till recently when they refused to reinstate a bad review of my old apartment complex, but kept up the completely bs ones that were 5 stars because they were getting paid. Hope Yelp crumbles and burns. If those pizza places pay Yelp they shouldn't have anything to worry...
I participated at ASU's bar in their psychology building years ago. It was an excellent experiment. After 4 drinks I act the same in any bar.. though that wasn't really the test. :D
erroneous! erroneous on all accounts! Judging by the people responding to her tweet I'd imagine she'll have more than a few people coming down to help with this. If the law doesn't get overturned right then I'd imagine it's going to get a swift kick in the nuts and keep all other cases of this...
