So... from default, your mobo reads the multiplier as 4? That doesn't really sound like a CPU problem, I'd just flash the mobo to the newest bios and see where it goes from there :).

Agreed, those cards only have 128bit memory, not 256. I'm not talking about RAM size, which is measured in MBs, just to make sure. If you're talking about just those two cards... the EZ just would probably win... but they're horrible rips. I'd even get a 9600XT instead of those.
