    Agreed with what Quantum has mentioned, an SFX makes no sense for a GPU less build since you probably wont exceed the tfx psu temp and wattage limits.     Haswell is gonna be released pretty soon( around june/july). They have pretty power efficient cpus, i5 and i7 that use 35w too. namely the i7 4765t and i5 4570t as seen on the haswell lineup. Better internal GPU and better ipc ratios. :)
