wiretap, literally copied your build, only difference is I have 2 harddrives, 1 tera and 1 250gb hardrive. My system does run a bit hotter than yours, idles at 45C but 67 max, so not too bad(my wire management was horrible too), but it runs smoothly and looks awesome!

I use Mediaportal at the moment as well. The movie cover importer and TV series banner and also naming the episode is what got me attached to it. It was a bit of a learning curve though. but once you get through it, get your codecs set, you're sittin pretty.
