In a few months you should surely be able to get a good 9800Pro for 200 bucks. If you're into the DVR thing, you could get a 9600 AIW for about the same. Hell, who knows, NV40 and R420 will be out by then, so maybe even the 9800 XT will be around $200 or $250. That would rock!

PC Power & Cooling are hands-down the best PSUs. Also, if possible, the best rule of thumb for buying PSUs is to judge by their weight. Heavier PSUs usually have more conditioning circuitry and heatsinks/cooling apparati.

AIDA32 fits on a floppy, and I'm pretty sure it runs on Win95. Anyway, you CAN use a Win98 CD key on more than one system, just not legally. ;)
