    While I agree with the latter, it could be had for $519 on newegg throughout much of December, so it wasn't $300 in a month. It then went to $499 two weeks ago. I'd pay $299 for a 320 GB SSD. That's my jumping in point. At this rate, that looks to be late Winter 2009/10 due to economic pressures.

    Regarding newegg removal, It could be the packaging or the lack of U.S. cable. However, it's likely distribution issues. My only complaint in use now is that in the top middle there is a very subtle greenish hue that comes down in a half circle about 2.5 inches whenever the screen is black...

    The Galant desk from Ikea has a steel frame, not a board with legs. A 300lb man can stand on the desk without issue.
