With air imo better off going with a higher end/biggest heat-sink you can fit in...

Well wanted to pickup westmere but dammit the the R2Gene has some stupid memory problems beyond my knowledge now even after popped old 920 back in was fine for like 2 days after....booted up other day now bios is only detecting 6gb ram/reverting to dual channel etc won't go into triple recognize...

westmere x5650 hexcore should run pretty damn good, I would imagine, not all X58 boards have the support but a lot do with bios...
