    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

I use reshade and GTA 5 redux which enhances, textures and general graphics but I still prefer what I see on C1 OLED than what I seen on FV43U but as mentioned - this is all down to individual preferences. As of the flickering I read that this is the case in menu in some games but not in actual...

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

I need to see how it looks in this location but check out a photo before it went completely night time. Then next is pitch black night. And last two photos are real life ones taken from a hill by myself looking at a city nearby so I would say it does kind of look like a real life on OLED.

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

Just launched GTA 5 for a few minutes and look at those photos. It looks stunning on C1 OLED. When launched on FV43U it was just OK but on C1... it's just amazing.

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

Fair enough, I didn't notice ABL kicking in so far but I use the screen in low brightness most of the time so probably won't be bothered by this function. With the refresh rate - I could argue here that there's not much difference between 120Hz and 144Hz but it also depends what resolution you...

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

Is there anything specific you didn't like about the C1 that you decided to return it ?

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

I have been using the FV43U for a few days and I must say it's a good monitor for gaming and all the issues I mentioned earlier plus deformed image on the left side made my choice simple. I've decided to try LG C1 48" and I love it. I know all the risk of burn in but if I can get the best...

    LG C1 & Samsung QN90A: Experiences?

Thank you guys. That sounds good. Think I need to play withe the settings but I only used my CX a few time as PC screen as it's in my living room so didn't bother to go extra mile with the settings. I think I'll get the LG C1 48" as my main PC monitor but as I'll be working a lot with word /...

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

I see you made some good pints earlier in the conversation about the OLEDs not being bright enouh and the real burn in risk but have you ever used OLED as a monitor for a long term ? Sorry if I missed that, didn't want to go through all 16 pages again :). The thing is that I'll be using it in a...

    OLED48C1PUB

Hey all, I recently bought FV43U VA monitor but I'm thinking about chaniging it to LG C1 48" but one thing is holding me back. I have already OLED 55" CX in my living room but every time I connect / disconnect my PC or even turn it off - I need to set the HDMI setting to PC as the TV keeps...

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

I received mine yesterday and was able to play a little bit with it and just a few notes below: Image quality - better than I expected. Really nice colours, deep blacks and good contrast. Even in dark scenes it really performs well. But - this is when you look at the center of the screen or...

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

Happy to hear that. I hope I'll end up being happy too 🙂. Yes, the display port is the way to go with this monitor and that's what I'm planning to use as I have only RTX 2070 so no HDMI 2.1 for me. Was actually looking to upgrade but when I checked current stock and pricing... well it's a hard...

    GIGABYTE AORUS FV43U 43 inch 4k 144 HDR1000 QLED monitor

Hey All, I have read almost everything on all 16 pages of this thread and still couldn't decide which monitor to go for. Currently I'm using Samsung 32" UH850 UHD 4k QLED Monitor and I must say it's the best monitor I ever had. Picture quality is great, colours nice and text really sharp, shame...
